Kara Newkirk brings a unique blend of experience to her role as a dog trainer. With a background in business ownership, previously working in the field of denturistry and managing her own business and clientele, she combines a keen intelligence for working with dogs with a Saskatchewan small-town charm that is recognized worldwide making her an invaluable part of our team.

As a NePoPo® Gold-Certified trainer, Kara is relentless in her pursuit of excellence, continually learning from some of the industry's most respected professionals. She embraces the Philosophy we hold tight to our chest, in training the dog in front of us, developing clear communication, and fostering motivation through a balanced, science-based approach. She believes in building engagement, rewarding effort, and structuring training sessions to create long lasting behaviours.

Kara specializes in helping pet owners bridge the communication gap with their dogs, ensuring both handler and canine understand each other with clarity and confidence. Whether working with puppies, fostering dogs with behavioural challenges, she applies modern,  proven training techniques that empower both the dog and owner to suceced.
